Well, when in doubt, chicago.craigslist.org.
The link below is appliance repair information from About.com. There’s supposed to be a place that lists repair people in a certain area with commentary on how they performed, but I can’t find it.

Wow, I’m looking for this exact thing! I’m in a western suburb and can’t find anyone!
I tried. You might have better luck by you than I did.
Everyone is telling me to call Sears. Also Andy on Call….they didn’t work for me, but again, you might have better luck.
